We are seeking an experienced Roofing Estimator to join our growing team in Calgary. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately estimating the cost of flat and low-slope roofing projects for commercial, industrial, and residential clients. This is a key role in our business development and client relations process. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for TPO, EPDM, SBS, and tar-and-gravel roofing projects • Conduct site visits and roof inspections to assess project scope and conditions • Develop proposals and tender documents for commercial and industrial clients • Collaborate with project managers and field crews to ensure estimate accuracy • Build and maintain strong client relationships throughout the estimating process • Review subcontractor quotes and supplier pricing to ensure competitiveness • Track and follow up on submitted bids and proposals Qualifications: • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in roofing estimating (flat roofing preferred) • Strong knowledge of membrane roofing systems (TPO, EPDM, SBS) • Proficiency with estimating software (Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Valid Alberta driver’s license

NCSO Safety Manager

We are looking for a certified NCSO (National Construction Safety Officer) Safety Manager to lead our health, safety, and environment (HSE) program. This is a critical leadership role for a safety professional who is passionate about protecting workers and building a strong safety culture in a roofing environment. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s HSE management system in accordance with COR standards • Conduct regular site inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits • Lead toolbox talks, safety orientations, and ongoing safety training for field crews • Investigate and document incidents, near-misses, and implement corrective actions • Manage and maintain all WCB claims and return-to-work programs • Ensure compliance with Alberta OHS legislation and company safety policies • Maintain COR certification and lead internal and external safety audits • Liaise with project managers, foremen, and clients on safety requirements Qualifications: • Active NCSO designation (required) • Minimum 3 years of safety management experience in construction or roofing • In-depth knowledge of Alberta OHS Act, Regulations, and Code • Experience with COR certification programs an asset • Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills • Valid Alberta driver’s license
